How long does it take to confirm my payment?
Bitcoin transactions typically take 10-30 minutes to confirm. Ethereum may take 2-5 minutes, and other cryptocurrencies vary. You'll receive your streaming key as soon as we detect your payment on the blockchain.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than the required amount, we'll notify you and give you 24 hours to send the remainder. If you send more, we'll automatically apply the excess to extend your subscription.
How do I use my streaming key?
After downloading the FLXstream app on your preferred device, you'll be prompted to enter your streaming key. This key grants you access to all content for the duration of your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the anonymous nature of our service and the irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, we may offer credit or extensions.
